Modular lifting systems with innovative position control
Modularity
Our lifting ystems
are modular in design, so that low-cost
solutions are available for your specific
requirements.
A lifting system consists of four lifting supports, with the carrying
capacity of an individual lifting support amounting
to half of the carrying
capacity of the lifting ystems as a whole.
Depending on the application of the lifting support, the following
technical parameters can be achieved:
- Container carrying
capacity from 4 t to 15 t
- Lifting heights from 500 mm to 1,750 mm (Optional maximum: 2,000 mm)
- Attachment to ISO corners
Position Control
Innovative inclinometer-based
position control is a special characteristic
of our lifting systems.
- Lifting and lowering action parallel to the ground during
loading operations in uneven terrain (patented)
- Automatic initial inclination registration
- Inclination offset to zero degrees
- Control precision: +/- 0.1 degrees
- Safety shutdown when inclination exceeds 3.5 degrees (or 6 degrees, as required)
- Individual support control unit available as optional attachment

Our products are TÜV tested. Each lifting system is subjected to
functional and load tests performed on our own test equipment.
Technical Details
- Power transmission components and the inboard spindle
are encased in telescopic
tubes in a dust and sand proof manner.
- Thanks to their high degree of protection, our motor-driven
supports can be used worldwide in
many climatic zones (-40°C to +70 °C).
- Flexible fold-up type boom
systems, which can be locked into
position at 0/90/180 degrees (standard) or at any other
angle
- Slide-in lifting systems requiring only 300 mm (minimum: 250 mm) between the container
and the cab
- Telescopic square sections with slide guides ensure
excellent stability and nearly backlash-free movement.
- High-strength aluminium supporting tubes guarantee
minimum weight and maximum carrying capacity.
- Lifting drives
featuring acme screw
spindles or ball
screws and a patented dynamic
locking brake - all encased in a
dust-proof way
- High buckling strength through patented tension reversal
subjecting the spindle
to tensile stress
- Extremely safe backlash-free bolt locking action without clatter
- High stability in the field through cup-shaped feet allowing angular
and rotational mobility
- Easy attachment to DIN ISO 1161 corners and use of a
safety mounting aid
